**Customer Support Role at Movework**
We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team at Movework. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our users via various communication channels.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Respond to incoming requests from platform users in a timely and effective manner.
• Follow up on requests until they are resolved in accordance with our internal process.
• Escalate any issues encountered with the customer to our Performance Coach for prompt resolution.
• Proactively train and support customers in using our platform to achieve their goals.
• Make proposals to customers to promote innovations on our platform.
• Contribute to updating our FAQ and service guides, providing feedback to customers where necessary.
**Requirements:**
• Significant experience in a similar customer relations role.
• Proficiency in digital tools and various communication channels.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with patience, empathy, and a keen eye for detail.
• Fluency in French and Spanish.
