Role Overview

Catawiki is seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support to our diverse customer base, including sellers and buyers. Your primary goal will be to ensure that customer queries are addressed and resolved in a timely and correct manner via various communication channels.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Address and resolve customer queries via email, phone, and social media
  • Mediate between customers and find solutions that meet both parties' needs
  • Closely work with Sales and Experts to improve the overall customer experience

Your Ideal Profile

  • Strong communication skills in Dutch and English
  • Ability to analyze and resolve complex customer issues
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment or a related role

What We Offer

Catawiki offers a competitive annual gross base salary of €18,000-€23,000, depending on your level, competencies, and overall experience. You will also receive health insurance, a work-from-home allowance, and commuting benefits.
