Job Title: CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Duties and Responsibilities:

Main Responsibilities:
Address customer inquiries through various channels, including chat, email, and phone, encompassing queries related to products and cashier operations.
Evaluate specific concerns and implement necessary measures to fulfill customer requirements.
Collaborate with teams across different locations with aligned goals.
Report system irregularities and customer-facing issues to the appropriate department.
Familiarity with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and commitment to high-quality service delivery.

Requirements:
Willingness and flexibility to work in shifts.
German language C1 level, at least English language skills to a business standard.
Excellent written and verbal skills as well as high interpersonal skill level.
Calm manner and ability to work under pressure and be confident in answering a wide range of customer enquiries.
Ability to perform well in a multi-task/cultural and ever-changing dynamic environment.
A flexible, creative and driven personality.
General computer knowledge (MS Office, Internet).
