About the Role:
At Cbt, we are seeking a highly skilled Multilingual Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional support to our international clientele. Your language skills and cultural insights will be essential in helping our clients succeed in various industries.
Main Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients in Hebrew and English
• Collaborate with our team to resolve customer inquiries and issues
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of cultural nuances and practices in international markets
• Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients
Requirements:
• Fluency in Hebrew (written and spoken) and English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in customer service, moderation, or account management is preferred (not mandatory)
