**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Coaching**:
- Provide one-on-one coaching to sales representatives to enhance their sales skills, product knowledge, and process adherence.
- Deliver constructive feedback to help reps overcome challenges and achieve sales targets.
- Customize coaching plans based on individual rep needs and performance levels.
**Training and Development**:
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs on sales techniques, objection handling, and product features.
- Ensure new hires receive thorough onboarding and continuous training to drive their success.
- Identify training needs through performance analysis and develop programs to address skill gaps.
**Performance Analysis**:
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with managers to implement strategies for sales growth based on data insights.
**Quality Assurance**:
- Monitor sales interactions to ensure compliance with company standards and service excellence.
- Provide coaching aimed at maintaining high-quality customer interactions.
- Implement continuous improvement processes to enhance sales performance.
**Cross-functional Collaboration**:
- Work closely with other departments to align sales strategies with organizational goals.
- Share insights and best practices across the organization to foster a culture of learning and improvement.

**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in sales.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data.

- **Fluency in German is required.**
