- Esta pessoa vai fazer parte da equipa de Marketing e Transformação Digital da KINTO e terá a responsabilidade de maximizar a eficiência dos dados e software de CRM para promover a valorização do cliente. Em paralelo estabelecerá a relação entre o ambiente informático e do negócio, relacionando estratégias e objetivos.**Como é o(a) CRM Specialist da KINTO?**

**Os nossos desafios**
- Ser responsável pela conceção, implementação e apoio da estratégia de CRM para clientes B2B & B2C
- Gerir, analisar e interpretar dados para fornecer conhecimentos e apoiar decisões estratégicas para o negócio ao longo do ciclo de vida do cliente
- Planear e fornecer estratégias de CRM em toda a organização para reter os clientes existentes e aumentar o valor do cliente
- Capacitar a base de dados de clientes tornando-a mais rica e mais eficiente, analisando formas de recolher informação dos clientes

**O que valorizamos**
- Licenciatura em Gestão de Informação, Gestão, Marketing ou áreas afins
- Experiência de trabalho com plataformas de CRM
- Conhecimentos das metodologias Agile e/ou Scrum (preferencial)
- Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita em inglês
- Capacidade de gestão e priorização de tarefas
