We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative (M/F/d) for our branch in Maia with immediate effect.

**This will get you going**:

- Proactive potential customers Identification
- Qualifying, follow-up and tracking sales leads
- Follow up leads to increase hit rate success
- Provide support and/or guidance to customers
- Achieve sales goals
- Maintain accurate and frequent customer information within internal database systems
- Support accounting receivable if requested

**That's what we are going for**:

- Good know-how of Portuguese and European Road Freight market
- Understanding of market typical dynamics
- Experienced in collaboration with customers, both local as well as multi-national enterprises
- Minimum of 3 years demonstrated work experience in forwarding industry
- Good organizational and Commercial skills with Customer orientation
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, problem solver
- Stress resistant
- High degree of pro-activity
- Accurate and goal-oriented working
- Hands-on mentality, Team player
- Professional written and verbal communication in English
- Additional languages are a plus
- Solid experience in market-conform TMS
- Ability to work flexible hours
