- Manage Contingent Worker administration
- Responsible for drafting contingent workforce contracts according to the frame agreements defined with the vendor.
- Set up data correctly in our HR system (SAP SuccessFactors)
- Request POs, follow up with pending approvals and wrong/unpaid invoices
- Storage of all required documentation in the contractor’s file and SAP
- Extensive communication with stakeholders like IT, Project Secretaries, Recruiters, HR BPs, Managers and agencies
- Pro-actively share local best practices with other members of the team to ensure improvement of local execution
- Follow our legal and compliance rules when it comes to agency contracts

**The requirements.**
- Experience in administrative work
- Experience in vendor management will be a plus (not mandatory)
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with SuccessFactors will be a plus (not mandatory)
- Good English level

- Good organizational skills; able to manage priorities
- Ability to adapt to changing work environments and work priorities
- Pro-active and on top of things will be a plus
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high-quality performance and a positive attitude
