Somos a DIGI Portugal, uma nova Empresa de Telecomunicações no mercado português, que integra o Grupo DIGI presente em vários países europeus (Roménia, Espanha, Itália, etc).

Nesta perspetiva de crescimento pretendemos contratar um Paid Media Specialist com as seguintes funções:

- Desenvolver, implementar e gerir campanhas de Google Ads para maximizar o retorno do investimento (ROI).
- Criar e gerir campanhas de publicidade nas principais plataformas de redes sociais.
- Realizar testes A/B para otimizar criatividades de anúncios, segmentação e estratégias de bidding.
- Desenvolver, implementar e gerir a estratégia de social media.
- Analisar o desempenho de campanhas publicitárias e conteúdos nas redes sociais e criar relatórios detalhados, fornecendo insights e recomendações para melhoria contínua.
- Monitorizar tendências nas redes sociais e publicidade digital para manter as estratégias atualizadas e eficazes.

**Competências**:

- Licenciatura em Marketing, Marketing Digital ou áreas afins.
- Excelentes capacidades de comunicação e trabalho em equipa.
- Capacidade de gerir múltiplos projetos e cumprir prazos.
- Pensamento proativo e criativo.
- Proficiência em Microsoft Office.
- Fluência em Inglês.
- Experiência comprovada como especialista em Google Ads e como especialista nas redes sociais.
- Conhecimento profundo de Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager e outras plataformas de publicidade nas redes sociais.
- Experiência em gestão de redes sociais e ferramentas analíticas (por exemplo, Google Analytics).
- Fortes habilidades analíticas com capacidade de interpretar dados e tomar decisões baseadas em dados.
- Mínimo de 5 anos de experiência em anúncios do Google e gestão de redes sociais, preferencialmente em função sénior, em ambiente de agência criativa ou em
