**Missão**:
O Junior Talent Acquisition irá apoiar a equipa de RH na gestão dos processos de seleção, com foco em posições de **retalho** (as nossas marcas MultiÓpticas e GrandOptical).

**Como será o teu dia-a-dia**:

- Criar e manter relações com as escolas de acordo com a nossa estratégia de Employer Branding;
- Gerir as vagas de Trainee nas diferentes Universidades e Escolas de Negócios para os nossos futuros trainees;
**O que te fará singrar**:

- Licenciatura ou mestrado em Recursos Humanos, Psicologia Organizacional ou áreas afins;
- Experiência anterior de pelo menos 6 meses em recrutamento num ambiente dinâmico e em mudança;
- Sólidos conhecimentos das ferramentas do Microsoft Office;
- Fortes conhecimentos de inglês e conhecimentos de espanhol serão um plus;
- Forte capacidade de resolução de problemas, pensamento analítico e orientação para o pormenor;
- Abordagem proactiva, curiosa e inovadora, atitude positiva e espírito de colaboração;
- Disponibilidade imediata;

- Pacote salarial de acordo com a experiência apresentada, acrescido de um subsídio de alimentação de 8,32€/diário;
- Contrato de 6 meses renovável;
- Modelo de trabalho híbrido: 3 dias no escritório e 2 dias em teletrabalho;
- Horário de 2ª a 6ª feira, das 09H00 às 18H00;
