**ABOUT YOUR ROLE**:

Customer service - **Technical process** (Basic IT troubleshooting experience, level 1, level 2 support desk experience).
**WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU**
- Fluent in one of the languages mentioned above.
- Knowledge of English level C1 (to ensure you are up to date with training and communication between departments and employees).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.

- Ability to deliver results independently and in often ad hoc situations.

- Locations: Our available locations include Malaga, Barcelona, Lisbon, and Braga. With the possibility of being Remote, Hybrid and Office-based.
