Kelly Finance is recruiting a **Business Administration Team Leader** **IFRS16** for Siemens S.A, located in the Alfragide, Lisbon.

**What role will you play?**
- Lead a team of 10 to 15 employees for Real Estate Commercial Services, functionally. Manage the team’s day-to-day operations, by planning and monitoring its tasks and deliverables.
- The team leader should foster a collaborative and supportive environment, encouraging team members to work together to achieve common goals related to IFRS16 compliance. Also, should develop strategies to achieve team targets and Key Performance Indicators defined by the Service Line Manager.
- Technical proficiency and in-depth knowledge of IFRS16: The team leader should have a thorough understanding of the IFRS16 guidelines, rules, and regulations and be comfortable understanding and being aware of financial software and other technical tools to manage IFRS16-related tasks.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills: The team leader should be able to understand complex financial data and identify potential issues or areas of concern, and at the same time should be able to develop effective solutions and areas of improvement related with digitalization and automation for IFRS16 topics.
- The team leader should be able to adjust the team to changes in regulations, market conditions, and company policies related to IFRS16, and, at the same time, set, steer and be accountable for the team’s business continuity planning.
- Leadership and management skills: The team leader should be able to inspire and motivate team members, manage deadlines, delegate tasks, and provide guidance and feedback as necessary, strong capability of resolving conflicts. Manage hiring, team structure & performance, and enable employee development strategies.

**We are looking for**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance or a similar field.
- More than five years of professional experience, especially in the Real Estate or a Shared Service environment, combined with international and inter-cultural experience.
- Experience in leading operational or project teams would be considered a plus.
- Have a deep understanding of IFRS16 and Lease Accounting standards. Knowledge of PLANON, SAP and LARS would be a plus.
- Have a track record in innovation, digitalization, and process improvement projects.
- Distinguish yourself by your structured working mode and your confidence in moderation and presentation techniques.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Availability to travel, if needed.
