**Position Summary**

For our Nestlé Business Services, we are currently looking for a Claims Management Lead Specialist. Reporting to Claims & CNDN Supervisor, this professional will be leading a team in Claims Management.

**A day in the life of...**
- Manage the Claims Management team and ensure that all activities in scope are executed in a timely manner and according to the agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs);
- Drive towards excellence by ensuring best practices are implemented and business/internal controls are in place;
- Monitor the efficiency of the operations and coordinates execution of Continuous Improvement initiatives;
- Create and execute short to mid-term plans for optimizing the organization, function, or sub-function and the talent required to execute strategies in job area;
- Encourage, coach & develop the team;
- Ensure business continuity plan is defined, update and implemented;
- Ensure compliance of Claims Management activities.

**What will make you successful**
- Ability to develop and lead a team;
- Successful experience in delivering services through Shared Service partners;
- Knowledge in Financial area;
- Good stakeholder management skills;
- Knowledge in SAP solution;
- Solid knowledge of MS office, particularly Excel and reporting tools (e.g. Power Bi);
- Strong leadership skills - even if didn't have a Lead position previously;
- Demonstrated competency in project participation and execution;
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively address and influence internal and external customers;
- Good planning, and organizational skills;
- Adaptability to change and cope in fast-paced environment;
- Analytical capability;
- Continuous improvement mindset;
- Strong level of English.
