**Position Summary**

For our Nestlé Business Services Lisbon Center, we are currently looking for an Order Management Specialist. Reporting to Import/Export Management Lead, this professional will be responsible to execute all the operational processes in a timely manner to ensure the continuity of supply of goods with accuracy and correct delivery.

- Order management, validation, progress, delivery
- Catalogue management Freight & customs documents
- Transportation
- Delivery claims
- Tracking of arrival
- Payment traffic
- Blockages
- Resolve capacity conflicts

**What will make you successful**
- High school education
- Experience in combining and analyzing data and summarizing business facts
- Self-prioritization of activities, balancing short term and long term
- SAP and Excel knowledge is a plus
