**We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our Lisbon office**

As an Office Assistant at Valtech, you are the sparkling center of the office You work closely together with the People and Culture and Finance Team. Your responsibilities are mainly Office focused: ordering office supplies, maintaining the office space, arranging several types of presents, making travel arrangements, onboarding and welcoming new colleagues. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and find creative ways of bringing fun to the office

**What will you be doing?**
- Organize the office layout, keep office up to date (stationery and equipment, office goods) and take care of maintenance or repairs;
- Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services;
- Coming up with fresh ideas for events both small and big;
- Responsible for internal communications around events and employer branding initiatives, such as the newsletter;
- Arranging onboarding & offboarding of employees, including welcoming new employees, organizing onboarding packages and gifts and scheduling meetings;
- Keeping up-to-date on general administration;
- Making travel arrangements;
- Attending general inbox and answering telephone calls.

**What do we expect from you?**
- Degree in Human Resources, Facility Management or similar field;
- Excellent English & Portuguese skills, written and spoken;
- Flexible towards executing all sorts of tasks;
- Communicative in English and Portuguese and happy to be working closely with your international colleagues;
- Organization and prioritization skills;
- Interest in social media and employer branding.
