**Job Overview**

We are a fast growing B-Corp company who strongly believes every single kencko-er we hire is a key part of our shared success. We are now seekinga a dedicated and motivated person to join our team in a full-time **Kitting Shift Leader** to lead our kitting team in our Montijo facilities. This position involves working in a fast-paced environment, where you will be responsible for ensuring the fulfillment of our retail products, requiring teamwork, strong attention to detail, and effective communication skills.

**Main Goals**

Organize and oversee the Kitting team's daily tasks to ensure our retail products are fulfilled appropriately and on time.

**Responsibilities**

Resource planning
- Ensure the necessary headcount and resources to accommodate seasonality and team members' time-off
- Partner with the Head of Fulfillment to ensure process optimization
- Request materials from our warehouse, and return them after kitting, through our ERP System, NetSuite
- Close the day with the actuals and waste through NetSuite

Quality control
- Ensure every salable unit and delivery box kitted follows the established quality standards
- Perform quality checks on the incoming stock
- Identify and report quality issues

Assist in retail Fulfillment/Kitting
- Assemble our compostable boxes so they are ready to accommodate our products
- Perform quality check on our product
- Fulfill our boxes with our delicious products
- Kit the boxes to be stored at warehouse
- Monitor and optimize timings for the process

Other Stuff
- Manually count inventory items to verify accuracy on a regular basis
- Perform cleaning duties in order to maintain a clean, organized and safe working area
- Assist in managing NOK products, identifying and segregating them appropriately, according to HACCP rules
- Ensure all kencko-er comply with all HACCP requirements
- Comply with safety guidelines and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Other tasks and responsibilities upon request

**Experience You Bring**
- 1+ years’ previous experience in a warehouse or retail setting is preferred
- 1+ years’ team lead experience in a warehouse, retail, or other setting
- Ability to lift up 18 kgs boxes on a daily basis
- Comfortable wearing protective equipment (uniform, plastic gloves, hair net, food industry shoes) and removing jewelry while in the workplace, as well as maintaining short nails/no polish and light make-up
- Eager and fast learner
- Ability to laugh at yourself and the small day to day things
- Good level of spoken and written English
- Good level of computer skills
- Fluent in Portuguese
- Ability to work in our Montijo facilities, 5 days a week (monday-friday), from 8h to 15h30
- Flexibility to work in shifts (AM - 8h to 15h30; PM - 15h30 to 23h)
