**Your Mission**:
The Warehouse & Distribution Development Analyst is responsible for gathering and interpreting Warehouse & Distribution data to identify improvement areas and monitor the progress of improvement activities.

Within the Logistics Area, it is the Warehouse & Distribution Development Analyst responsibility to deliver reports to monitor and control the area performance and support decision making. Management reporting has to be conducted in line with the applicable HEINEKEN Rules, Standards and Procedures.

Ensure interface between C. Service and Planning areas to guarantee the service level improvement while minimizing costs.

Within the daily job, the Warehouse & Distribution Development Analyst collaborates with internal stakeholders from financial control and IT amongst others.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Act in accordance with the safety regulations.
- Report accidents, incidents, near misses, unsafe conditions and behaviors.
- Stimulate an open environment where safety is put first, by sharing safety concerns, acting as an example and addressing safety issues
- Collect timely and accurate data to prepare Logistics performance reports.
- Contribute to the definition of performance indicators and set up the related reporting system(s).
- Alert on performance deviations of indicators out of control and perform root cause analysis.
- Use the indicators trend and interpret data to propose improvements projects.
- Analyze space utilization and FLT saturation. Perform ABC analysis and review regularly to align with changing circumstances.
- Monitor the distribution activities to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Analyze all finished goods losses and control the clients returns.
- Follow up and report all costs associated to the W&D area
- Ensure the interface with the planning and CS areas supplying all the market demands related Information.
- Make deployments of Logistics activities and suggest improvements in safety, processes, assets, stock quality and/or inventory management and transport processes
- Analyze Primary Transport indicators. Perform ABC analysis and review regularly to align with changing circumstances.
- Ensure close partnership with Primary transport planning team regarding transport planning (mainly Backhauling activities), invoicing confirmation, PODs confirmation and end to end Primary Transport Process compliance.
- Monitor the distribution activities to identify trends and improvement opportunities (for both primary and secondary distribution)

**We want you to bring**:

- Degree and / Or Master’s in Management, Engineering, Science, Management.
- Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in warehouse and transport operations
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Portuguese (fluent);
- English (minimum B2).
