**Job Description**:
**1. Campaign Strategy and Planning**:

- Develop comprehensive PPC strategies to achieve business goals, including lead generation, conversion optimization, and brand awareness.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to inform campaign planning.

**2. Campaign Implementation**:

- Create, launch, and manage PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media channels.
- Develop compelling ad copy and creative assets to maximize campaign performance.

**3. Budget Management**:

- Set, monitor, and manage PPC budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and optimal ROI.
- Conduct regular budget analysis and adjustments based on campaign performance.

**4. Performance Monitoring and Analysis**:

- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, and cost per acquisition (CPA).
- Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns for better performance.

**5. A/B Testing**:

- Plan and execute A/B testing initiatives to optimize ad copy, landing pages, and other campaign elements.
- Implement findings from A/B tests to improve overall campaign effectiveness.

**6. Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams**:

- Work closely with the creative team, content creators, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive and effective PPC campaigns.
- Collaborate with SEO and other marketing teams for integrated marketing strategies.

**Qualifications**:
1. Proven experience (+3 years) managing PPC campaigns, with a track record of successful outcomes.
2. In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other PPC platforms.
3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Proficiency in English mandatory
6. Certification in Google Ads or other relevant certifications is a plus.
