**Executive Development Consultant**

**Location: Remote Worker - Open on location - Romania, Portugal, Poland, Mexico, Egypt, Nigeria, South Africa, Brazil**

**How You’ll Make an Impact**

As part of the Executive Development team in HR, you build organizational leaders and leadership culture to enable the business success of SE entities worldwide:

- Your team responsibilities include (but are not limited to) working on portfolio, assessing needs and co-designing programs, selecting and managing partnership with suppliers, ensuring delivery of programs, working with succession colleagues, HR BPs and others;
- You will run our nomination processes in close collaboration with succession planning and ensure implementation;
- You lead development programs that build adaptive capacity in the organization and so support growth. Specifically, you will be responsible for running leadership development programs, interacting with the providers, ensuring quality control and leading discussions about continuous improvement;
- You act as a core member of an integrated team, collaboratively managing levers across the functions and nurturing strategic partnerships internally;
- Further, you are responsible for governance and ensuring any necessary tracking and reporting.

**What You Bring**
- University degree, preferably with a focus on adult development, jurisprudence, social science or related fields.
- Experience as HR BP is highly desired.
- Meaningful professional experience in leadership and executive development; experience with succession processes is desirable.
- Coaching experience is a plus.
- Ability to analyze and use data is desired, especially to track impact of programs
- Able to work at eye-level with partners at all levels and deliver professional solutions
- Truly fluent English language skills. You are a skilled influencer and communicator. You are digitally savvy.
- Able to think strategically and systemically; strengths include collaboration, lack of ego, showing initiative, the courage and tendency to question and challenge, taking accountability for results as well as the ability to work in a globally distributed team.
