**Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa Cork** are on the lookout for a Food & Beverage Manager to join our team in Cork Little Island, this is a fantastic opportunity for a strong F&B Manager looking to get exposure to the operations side of the business too.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Shape Success**: Develop, implement, and evaluate our hotel's marketing plan and general business plan, crafting effective marketing and sales strategies that drive guest satisfaction, sales growth, and profitability.
- **Impeccable Standards**: Conduct weekly inspections to maintain the highest standards for our food & beverage regions. Your recommendations for preventive maintenance will be crucial in keeping our property and equipment in top condition.
- **Boost Awareness**:Collaborate on the development of recognition programs, advertising, and promotional campaigns. Let your creativity shine as you increase market awareness and penetration, drawing more guests to our offerings.
- **Knowledge Expert**:Showcase your expertise in all food & beverage procedures, serving as a valuable resource whenever needed.
- **Inspire Excellence**:Motivate and challenge our team members to achieve optimum food cost percentage and deliver outstanding service. Your leadership skills will drive employee productivity and satisfaction.
- **Financial Savvy**: Analyse financial reports related to food & beverage operations, identifying areas for improvement. Implement corrective actions and follow up to ensure profitability goals are met.
- **Collaborative Innovator**:Collaborate with the Head Chef, Director of Sales, and Reservations Manager to plan and coordinate exciting in-house activities and package plans that will captivate our guests.
- **Guest Focus**:Continuously improve guest service, food production techniques, and efficiency. By understanding guest needs and recommending appropriate training, you will contribute to unforgettable experiences.
- **Compliance Champion**: Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations governing food & beverage operations, creating a safe and legal environment.
- **Champion of Excellence**:Uphold the highest levels of guest satisfaction by providing top-quality guest services and products within our company standards.
- **Team Engagement**: Conduct monthly departmental meetings, fostering open communication and teamwork among our dedicated food and beverage staff.

**Annual Salary from € 35.000 to 45.000 based on a minimum of 39 hours.**
