A ManpowerGroup, empresa líder em recrutamento, encontra-se a recrutar um Employee Relations Specialist, para prestigiado cliente situado em Lisboa:
**Responsabilidades**:

- Fornecer aconselhamento estratégico de RH;
- Gerir reclamações dos colaboradores;
- Apoiar as equipas locais de RH na gestão de situações sensíveis dos colaboradores e na revisão de casos de má conduta dos colaboradores, incluindo a investigação e a recomendação de ações disciplinares, avaliando a extensão da violação, a justiça da ação e as leis trabalhistas locais;
- Fornecer feedback e sugestões para melhoria de programas, processos e políticas de ER e LR;
- Entregar todas as atividades relacionadas a colaboradores e relações trabalhistas;
- Analisar e rever políticas de acordo com as necessidades do negócio e legislação trabalhista.

Qualificações:

- Licenciatura/Mestrado em Direito do Trabalho, Recursos Humanos ou similar;
- Mínimo de 4 anos de experiência;
- Boas habilidades organizacionais, com foco em qualidade, processos e resultados;
- Boa capacidade de negociação e gestão de conflitos;
- Capacidade de lidar com situações sensíveis e confidenciais;
- Fluente em Inglês e Português

Experiência obrigatória: Experiência em processos disciplinares (emissão de notas de culpa, relatórios finais e aplicação de avaliações).

Motivo da contratação: Licença de Maternidade

**Horário**: 9h às 18h

**Condições**:
RBM + SA + Subsídio de transporte
