About Us:
The Flix marketing and sales team is a diverse team of around 150 Flixies from both tech and business fields. Together, we build tailored marketing technologies to scale activities while constantly evaluating data and celebrating successes.
We are ambitious colleagues, hungry for success, who constantly challenge the status quo. We move limits not only for Flix and our team, but also in our personal development.
For us it's important to know the rules, but we don't shy away from unorthodox solutions and use critical thinking to overcome complex situations and obstacles. Also, we have fun working in a diverse, multinational team with business and tech roles side-by-side to paint the world green.
Engaging with our customers in the best possible way and therefore increasing their lifetime value and preventing them from churn is the ultimate goal of our CRM team. To reach this goal by both, ensuring excellence but also driving further improvements, we are looking for YOU to join the team as CRM intern.
**Responsibilities**:
- You work closely with the CRM managers and support their daily tasks, mainly within our CRM tool Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- You analyse main KPIs and prepare presentations on campaign performances.
- You cooperate with CRM stakeholders like the Brand and Content teams.
Your Profile - Ready to hop on board
- You study marketing, communications, or a related field.
- You bring excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Any additional language is a plus.
- You bring a very strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- You thrive in a team environment but are also self-motivated.
- You have a creative and independent mindset.
- Knowledge on HTML and CSS is a plus.
