**About the job**
- The Securities Database Officer mission is to be an active member of the Securities Referential department, that operates at the forefront of the operational activity, as well as being responsible for managing and maintaining the setup of all the securities that feeds the Databases at BNP Paribas. Additionally, it needs to take into account that the department is a multi-cultural dual office team split between Lisbon and Chennai offices that work as one
**Your Main Activities Are**
- Cover the setup, update and follow up of the securities under VALINFO environment and analyse and solve issues related to parameters linked to VALINFO
- Cover the setup, update and follow up of the securities under ABS environment, analyse and solve issues related to parameters linked to ABS and update the prices under ABS
- Cover control processes via listings and claims sent by clients with quality, efficiency and reactivity
- Cover portfolio migrations
- Develop and maintain a strong team spirit
- Cover the permanence (midday, closing, target)
**Profile and Skills to Success**
- Bachelor's degree
- Up to 2 years of relevant experience
- Fluent level (C1-C2) of English (both oral & written)
- Availability to occasionally work early/late shift (From [11h to 13h] to [20h to 22h])
- Decision making
- Organisational skills
