**Join our Transcom family as a Dutch Customer Service Agent**
- Support through calls, e.mail and chat messaging through the company's platforms.
- Support the client in technical and non-technical issues related to the service.
- Logging of all requests/changes indicated by the client.

**What are we searching for?**
- To succeed in this position, you'll need to fill the following requirements:

- Ability to show empathy in writing and speaking;
- Good communication and argumentation skills;
- Supporting the customer by find the best solutions to the quested presented to you;
- Good computer working skill (mandatory);
- Spoken and written Dutch at a C1 or advanced level (mandatory);
- Spoken and written English at a B1 or intermediate level (mandatory);
- Time management skills and the ability to meet objectives;
- Must reside within 30 KM from the center of Porto.

**Job Requirements**
- Availability to work from Monday to Saturday;
- Availability to work from 09:00 to 18:00.
