H.B. Fuller Co., a leading global company in the adhesives industry, seeks an experienced Customer Service Representative to join its team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with customers across various markets and contribute to the company's mission to Connect What Matters.
Job OverviewThe Customer Service Representative will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer portfolios, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of customer inquiries, orders, and other day-to-day activities. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all aspects of the order cycle, including entry, maintenance, confirmation, and follow-up, to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless interface with customers.
- Handle customer interactions professionally and coordinate final customer responses.
- Communicate changes that may impact orders with customers in a timely manner.
- Perform SAP administration tasks, such as updating customer master data, CoA, invoice query resolutions, and customer complaints.
- Liaise with finance, logistics, supply chain, and sales teams to ensure on-time delivery to customers.
- 0-2 years' experience in customer service or a related field.
- High school degree or commercial education.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Polish.
H.B. Fuller offers a competitive salary range of $45,000-$65,000 per year, depending on location and experience. The company also provides opportunities for professional growth and development, as well as a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
