Job Overview

The Customer Service Representative EIMEA acts as a single point of contact for customers, ensuring all day-to-day customer-related activities are dealt with in a courteous, accurate, and timely manner. This role maintains and increases customer loyalty by building relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of the order cycle, including entry, maintenance, confirmation, and follow-up, to ensure customer satisfaction and a hassle-free interface.
  • Communicate changes that may affect orders to customers.
  • Administer SAP, updating customer master data, CoA, invoice queries, and customer complaints in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with Finance, Logistics, SC, and Sales teams to ensure on-time-in-full delivery to customers.
  • Work proactively to achieve local SHE objectives while adhering to regulations.
  • Control consignment stocks and complete customer portals where necessary.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years' experience
  • High school degree or commercial education
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and/or at least one other major language (German, French, Spanish, Italian, Polish)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong computer competency with high MS Office proficiency
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year
