Overview: H.B. Fuller, a leading pureplay adhesives company, seeks an experienced Customer Service Specialist to join its EIMEA team. With over $3.5 billion in revenue and 7,000 global employees, the company connects what matters through innovative solutions.

Job Description: The successful candidate will act as a single point of contact for customers, ensuring day-to-day activities are handled in a courteous, accurate, and timely manner. Key responsibilities include managing order cycles, maintaining customer relationships, and communicating changes that may affect orders.

SAP Administration: The job holder will update customer master data, resolve invoice queries, and manage customer complaints in a timely manner. Additionally, they will liaise with Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Sales teams to ensure on-time-in-full delivery to customers.

Requirements:">

  • 0-2 years' experience in customer service or a related field
  • High school degree; commercial school education
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and French
