We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Expert to join our team and provide top-notch support to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

As a Customer Service Expert, you will be responsible for handling all contacts, including challenging technical calls, to a high standard.

You will spend time 'in the field and office' with a Diageo Engineer to fully understand the Guinness quality processes & gain an in-depth knowledge of 'bar and cellar' set-ups.

Apart from that, your responsibilities will include accurately diagnosing and resolving technical faults over the phone/email using your problem-solving & technical knowledge skills.

Additionally, you will participate in our Guinness accreditation program to become certified as a product and technical expert.

To ensure success in this role, we expect you to attend training and briefing sessions (internally and externally) as necessary to gain an understanding of Client and Contact Centre requirements and to continuously develop fundamental skills.
