Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Specialist - German Language Expert to act as a single point of contact for customers within their assigned portfolio. The ideal candidate will ensure all day-to-day customer-related activities are handled in a courteous, accurate, and timely manner, adhering to current business standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the order cycle, including entry, maintenance, confirmation, and follow-up, to guarantee customer satisfaction and a hassle-free interface with customers.
  • Handle customer interactions professionally and coordinate final responses.
  • Communicate changes that may affect orders to customers in a timely manner.
  • Perform SAP administration tasks, such as updating customer master data, COA, invoice query resolutions, and customer complaints.
  • Liaise regularly with finance, logistics, supply chain, and sales teams to ensure on-time-in-full delivery to customers.
  • Work proactively to achieve local SHE objectives while adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Control consignment stocks, when applicable, and complete customer portals, if necessary.
Requirements:
  • 0-2 years' experience in customer service or a related field.
  • High school degree or commercial school education.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and German languages.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong computer competency with high MS Office suite proficiency.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively to meet customer demands and deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
