About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative - German Language Expert to join our team in this exciting opportunity
Job DescriptionThe Customer Service Representative - German Language Expert will act as the primary point of contact for customers within their assigned portfolio, ensuring all day-to-day customer-related activities are handled efficiently and effectively.
- Manage the entire order cycle, including entry, maintenance, confirmation, and follow-up, to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless interaction.
- Communicate with customers regarding any changes that may affect their orders and handle customer interactions professionally.
- Liaise regularly with Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Sales teams to guarantee On-Time-In-Fulfillment (OTIF) delivery to our customers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with customers.
- Coordinating the final customer response and communicating with customers about any changes that may affect their orders.
- Updating SAP administration in a timely manner, including customer master, CoA, invoice query resolutions, and customer complaints.
- Liaising with other functions to ensure OTIF delivery and working proactively to achieve local SHE objectives while complying with regulations.
- Controlling consignment stocks and completing customer portals where necessary.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 0-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- A high school degree or commercial school education.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and German languages.
We are looking for candidates with:
- Strong computer competency and high MS Office suite proficiency.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively to meet customer demands and deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000-$60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
