We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Porto, Portugal. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to German-speaking customers.

The ideal candidate will have excellent language skills, with fluency in both German and English. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

Job Description
  • Customer Support: You will be the first point of contact for our German-speaking customers, providing assistance via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Problem-Solving: You will troubleshoot various issues that customers may face and deliver personalized solutions to resolve their concerns quickly and effectively.
  • Product Expertise: You will develop an in-depth understanding of our company's products and services, enabling you to provide customers with clear, accurate, and helpful information.
  • Professional Communication: It is essential to communicate in a professional, clear, and empathetic manner, ensuring that customers feel heard and valued at all touchpoints during their interactions with us.

Schedule: This role requires flexibility, as it operates with rotational shifts from Monday to Sunday. Your shifts will fall between 08:00 and 19:00, with the possibility of extending the late shift until 21:00 as per client agreements.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

  • Language Skills: Fluency in German and at least an intermediate level of English.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to quickly identify issues and find efficient solutions.
  • Tech-Savvy: Basic computer skills and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and web-based applications.
Salary

The estimated annual salary for this role is €45,000, paid over 14 months. This includes a base salary and a relocation package, subject to individual circumstances.
