Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled customer service representative to join our team at German Etrade GmbH. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to provide top-notch customer service via phone, chat, and email.

  • Responsibilities include handling all incoming contacts from bank clients, including appointments, income statements, PIN/TAN orders for online banking, implementation of card blocking, and mediation between the customer and other bank branches.
  • The successful candidate will provide a personalized and proactive customer experience, identifying opportunities to enhance service and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Additionally, the expert will present our product range in a sales-oriented way and support central marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need C1 German language proficiency, B2 English language skills, and the ability to actively listen, identify, apply, and explain product/service expertise, as well as solve issues in the first contact.

Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of €45,000 per year, relocation support, flexible working hours, 2 weeks of training, 1 week of nesting, a dynamic team, positive and friendly atmosphere, food vouchers, guidance, and tools to reach full potential.

Salary Breakdown:

This salary includes basic pay (€35,000), performance-based bonuses (€5,000), and additional benefits such as health insurance, pension plan, and paid time off.
