The Role

We are seeking a Trade Sales Representative to join our team in Lisbon. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and increasing market share for our brands in the region.

Main Responsibilities

  • Identify and segment new outlet opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to drive sales and distribution of Diageo brands.
  • Implement executional standards across all outlets to ensure consistent brand representation and customer experience.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide insights to inform business decisions.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience in the on-trade channel.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

About You

We are looking for a motivated and ambitious individual who is passionate about the hospitality industry and has a proven track record of success in sales. You will be based in Lisbon and will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are dedicated to delivering exceptional results.

Estimated Salary Range: €45,000 - €60,000 per annum depending on experience
