The Role
We are seeking an experienced Field Sales Executive to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and increasing brand visibility in strategic outlets across the region.
Main Responsibilities
- Outlet Identification and Segmentation: Identify all potential outlet opportunities within your assigned territory and assign them to relevant categories based on segmentation guidelines.
- Sales Execution: Visit outlets regularly to drive distribution of Diageo brands, identify partnership opportunities, and negotiate agreements.
- Promotional Activities: Implement promotional activities for our brands in line with Diageo's Southern Europe activity calendar.
- Reporting and Analysis: Accurately supervise and measure in-outlet performance and execution levels through our CRM system.
About You
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven individual with a strong commercial background and excellent communication skills. Your ability to build long-term relationships with customers and drive sales growth will be key to your success in this role.
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales experience in the on-trade sector (preferred)
- Proficient in English and Portuguese
- Proven analytical approach and Excel skills
- Flexible communication style and willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary range of €35,000 - €50,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, pension scheme, and annual leave. As a valued member of our team, you will also have opportunities for professional development and career growth within the company.
