Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Sales Excellence Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing sales performance and enhancing the effectiveness of our sales force.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe Sales Excellence Manager will:
- Analyze and assess existing sales processes to identify areas for improvement;
- Develop and implement strategies to streamline the sales process, from lead generation to deal closure;
- Identify and address bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the sales cycle to accelerate revenue generation;
- Collaborate with sales leadership to identify training needs and gaps within the sales team;
- Design and deliver sales training programs to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and objection handling;
- Develop onboarding programs for new sales hires to ensure a smooth transition and ramp-up period;
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the effectiveness of the sales team;
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement;
- Provide regular reports and insights to sales leadership on sales performance and productivity;
- Evaluate and implement sales enablement tools, CRM systems, and other technologies to support the sales team;
- Customize and configure CRM to align with the sales process and workflow;
- Create tight links between market mapping and CRM to maximize business opportunities and growth;
- Ensure strong change management on the sales force and overall commercial team;
- Provide training and support to sales representatives on the use of sales tools and technology;
- Collaborate with sales leadership and the Strategy Team to develop sales strategies and objectives aligned with business goals;
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and challenges in the sales landscape;
- Assist in the development of sales forecasts, territory planning, and quota setting.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field;
- Proven experience in sales operations, sales enablement, or a similar role;
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales enablement tools;
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
