Your Key Responsibilities:

As a Services Sales Manager at SER Group, you will be responsible for driving business growth through the sale of our professional services. This role involves capturing customer business value objectives, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners, and identifying new opportunities to meet their needs through our services offerings. You will also be responsible for forecasting and signing PS (Consulting/Education/Customer Support) agreements, as well as collaborating with the PS offering team to define new packages and update existing offerings and collaterals.

What We Look For:

To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, a similar technical field, or a business discipline. Ideally, you will have experience working in a Services delivery environment and/or in Services sales with a background in enterprise software companies. You will also need good knowledge of Project Management and ITIL processes, as well as familiarity with sales concepts such as T&M, fixed fee, milestones, acceptance, scope, and forecasting. Additionally, you will need excellent customer interaction and presentation skills, as well as the ability to handle negotiations and objections elegantly. English language proficiency is a must, with additional languages being a plus. Finally, you will need the ability and willingness to travel depending on customer needs.
