Inside Sales Account Manager

Job Overview:
H.B. Fuller is seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Account Manager to join our team in the Polish Markets. As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying customer opportunities for our targeted prospects in the EIMEA region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead outbound prospecting campaigns to enterprise customers to identify market share, applications, and buying patterns.
- Develop strategies for growth and build a high-quality pipeline for our field and Inside Sales Account Managers.
- Communicate and report progress to the Business Leadership Team and forecast future opportunities.
- Manage sales at existing accounts and develop new business within assigned territory.
- Influence and gain alignment with external and internal key decision makers and influencers.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of professional sales experience with multiple technical product lines.
- Flawless English and Polish language ability with outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Master's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
- Demonstrated experience in sales, prospecting, and new business development.
