Job Description: Devexperts Llc is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to join its team. As a key member of the Account Management unit, you will play a crucial role in retaining, developing, and upselling key accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain great customer relations and strategically develop key accounts into larger revenue streams.
  2. Establish and maintain healthy business relationships with customer companies and their key decision-makers.
  3. Work collaboratively with Project Managers and teams to deliver projects timely and efficiently.
  4. Maintain and increase customer satisfaction by addressing their needs and concerns.
  5. Act as a point of escalation for customers and negotiate pricing with clients.
  6. Travel globally to meet with clients and use industry knowledge to refine and enhance sales, product, and account management processes.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing positions in Software Development companies, preferably in the Fintech area.
  • Extensive knowledge of capital markets or online trading platforms business domain.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including confident communication, active listening, objections prevention and handling, conflicts management and prevention, and demo skills.
