Strategic Account Manager

Job Description: Devexperts Llc is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to join its team. As a key member of the Account Management unit, you will play a crucial role in retaining, developing, and upselling key accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain great customer relations and strategically develop key accounts into larger revenue streams.
- Establish and maintain healthy business relationships with customer companies and their key decision-makers.
- Work collaboratively with Project Managers and teams to deliver projects timely and efficiently.
- Maintain and increase customer satisfaction by addressing their needs and concerns.
- Act as a point of escalation for customers and negotiate pricing with clients.
- Travel globally to meet with clients and use industry knowledge to refine and enhance sales, product, and account management processes.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in customer-facing positions in Software Development companies, preferably in the Fintech area.
- Extensive knowledge of capital markets or online trading platforms business domain.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including confident communication, active listening, objections prevention and handling, conflicts management and prevention, and demo skills.
