Account Manager for Spotify

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at Spotify. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for supporting closed deals in their first 15, 30, 60 or 90 days, depending on definition. You will also manage investments and support agencies and advertisers to grow and increase ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Support closed deals in their first 15, 30, 60 or 90 days, depending on definition
- Manage investments and support agencies and advertisers to grow and increase ROI
- Engage with agencies which work with Spotify to optimize ROI and inventory usage
- Agency pitches and presentations
- Build supportive communities and act as an anchor for our client's marketing
Requirements
- Fluent level of written and verbal communication skills in French
- Good level of written and verbal communication skills in English – B1 level (mandatory)
- 2-3 years of experience in consultative sales and in advertising, PPC Campaigns
- Prior sales experience with a proven track record, comfortable with cold calling, target driven
- Experience in managing a sales pipeline through a CRM
- Know-how marketing/ digital agency works, buys and sells
- Proven negotiating skills, influencing abilities and relationship management experience
- Capability to summarize sentences understandable by anyone
- Enjoy servicing clients with knowledge, expertise, and a spark
- High focus in consulting strategies to help clients maximize their spends
