Devexperts is seeking a seasoned professional to join our Account Management team. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing key accounts, establishing and maintaining healthy business relationships with customers, and working closely with project managers and teams to deliver projects efficiently. Key responsibilities include onboarding and maintaining key accounts, establishing and maintaining healthy business relationships with customers, working hand in hand with project managers and teams to deliver projects timely and efficiently, maintaining and increasing customer satisfaction, acting as a point of escalation for the customer, generating new opportunities with existing customers, pitching and presenting Devexperts products, and conducting client demos. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in customer-facing positions in software development companies, preferably in the fintech area, and extensive knowledge of capital markets or online trading platforms business domain. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences in English, and strong interpersonal skills are essential. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
