Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Account Manager to lead our efforts in expanding business opportunities across the globe. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of successful key account management and senior sales experience, preferably in the relevant industry or market.

The role involves generating knowledge on customer-specific regional strategies, analyzing markets, identifying business and cross-divisional opportunities, and implementing effective account business plans. Additionally, the candidate will build and maintain a robust customer network, develop innovative value-oriented offers, and drive top opportunities forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional account plans to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Analyze customer needs, identify opportunities, and provide tailored solutions.
  • BUILD STRONG CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS AND NETWORKS ACROSS THE REGION.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, particularly in innovation and digitalization.
  • Implement customer-specific services and solutions, and facilitate contract negotiations.
  • Manage customer complaints and escalations efficiently.

 

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • More than 3 years' experience in Key Account Management/Senior Sales and related management roles, with a proven track record of success.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in managing complex projects/customers successfully.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • CUSTOMER KNOWLEDGE, IDENTIFYING, AND DEVELOPING CUSTOMER VALUE.
  • Strategic thinking and business planning skills.
  • Customer intimacy, consultative selling, and sales development skills.
  • Analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Influencing and negotiating skills.

 

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $85,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. In addition, you'll enjoy a hybrid and flexible working model, promoting a better work-life balance, along with a budget for home office support and the opportunity to do 16 hours a year of volunteer work. A health insurance, access to our on-site medical center, plus the chance to join sports groups are also part of our benefits package.

 

Salary: $85,000 per annum
