Role Overview


We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our global expansion efforts in the Middle East. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and implementing strategies to drive business growth and profitability in the region.



Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute store expansion plans in line with business priorities, reporting directly to the Expansion Director.
  • Identify and explore new business opportunities through partners or direct operations, including new markets and new partners.
  • Negotiate key terms and conditions for store openings, including market analysis and site presentation.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each market, customer profile, and channel trends, as well as operational issues and competitor activity.
  • Manage a portfolio of established and future markets and monitor performance, mediating between HQ and business partners.
  • Build and defend solid business cases and budgets, including sales forecasts and P&Ls.
  • Lease and tenancy negotiations and discussions with internal and external stakeholders.


Requirements

  • Business degree in Administration, Finance, or Engineering.
  • Minimum five years of experience in expansion or real estate, preferably in fashion retail.
  • In-depth knowledge of the real estate landscape in GCC, MENA, and Turkey.
  • English and Spanish language skills are essential.
  • International profile and social competence.
  • Leasing skills and understanding of lease contracts.


Based in Oporto or regionally in the Middle East.


Full flexibility for frequent travelling.
