Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute store expansion plans in line with business priorities, reporting to the Expansion Director.

Identify and explore new business opportunities through partners or direct operations, including new markets and partners.

Secure the best locations for store openings, including market analysis, feasibility studies, and site presentations.

Negotiate key terms and conditions.

Develop a deep understanding of each market, customer profile, and channel trends.

Manage a portfolio of established and future markets, monitoring performance and mediating between HQ and business partners.

Build and defend solid business cases, budgets, P&Ls, sales forecasts, and manage a financially healthy portfolio.

Be the main point of contact for leasing and tenancy negotiations.

Requirements

A degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Engineering.

Minimum five years of experience in expansion or real estate, preferably with insight into fashion retail.

In-depth knowledge of the real estate landscape in the GCC, MENA, and Turkey.

Additional knowledge of other regions is valuable.

Experience with franchised business models is a plus.

English and Spanish are essential.

International profile and social competence are required.

Leasing skills and a good understanding of lease contracts are necessary.

Based in Oporto or regionally in the Middle East.

Frequent travel is required.
