Regional Business Development Director

We are seeking an experienced Regional Business Development Director to lead our expansion efforts in the Middle East. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing store expansion plans, identifying new business opportunities, and securing prime locations for store openings.
Key Responsibilities- Expansion Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive expansion plans, aligning with business priorities and reporting directly to the Expansion Director.
- New Market Identification: Identify and explore new potential business opportunities through partnerships or direct operations, targeting new markets and channels.
- Site Selection: Conduct market analysis, feasibility studies, site visits, and presentations to secure optimal locations for store openings.
- Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate key terms and conditions, manage lease negotiations, and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Engineering.
- Minimum five years of experience in expansion/real estate, preferably with fashion retail insight.
- In-depth knowledge of the GCC/MENA and Turkey real estate landscapes.
- English and Spanish language proficiency (spoken and written).
- Social competence, effective communication skills, and international profile.
- Leasing skills and a good understanding of lease contracts and legal requirements.
You will be based in Oporto or regionally in the Middle East, with full flexibility for frequent travel. This role requires a high level of adaptability, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a multinational environment.
