Job Overview:

H.B. Fuller is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales Account Manager to join our team in Poland. As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a crucial role in driving new business opportunities and managing existing accounts in the EIMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead outbound prospecting campaigns to enterprise customers, identifying market share, applications, and buying patterns.
  • Develop strategies for growth and negotiate with customers to secure new business opportunities.
  • Build and grow new and past strategic partnerships using extensive cold calling, market research, and lead sourcing.
  • Communicate and report progress to the Business Leadership Team and forecast future opportunities.
  • Manage sales at existing accounts and develop new business within assigned territory.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of professional sales experience, driving new business opportunities with multiple technical product lines.
  • Flawless English and Polish language ability with outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Master's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in sales, prospecting, and new business development.
