1WorldSync is the industry leader in product content management, serving over 550 employees across various locations worldwide. We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Growth Manager - EMEA to join our growing global team.

 

Salary

We offer a competitive salary of €80,000 per year, paid bi-annually during summer and winter months, plus a daily meal allowance and employee assistance program.

 

Job Description

The Sales Growth Manager - EMEA will play a key role in hunting, finding, and winning new accounts for 1WorldSync. Key responsibilities include:

Cultivating and expanding an established portfolio of key accounts, ensuring long-term client satisfaction and growth.

Identifying and engaging potential customers through strategic prospecting and research across multiple channels.

Driving new business development by targeting and securing new accounts, contributing to the growth and success of 1WorldSync.

Understanding prospect challenges to develop a value proposition specific to their needs and business goals.

Negotiating and closing new contracts, ensuring the company's goals, renewal goals, and individual quota goals are all achieved.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

6+ years of experience in solutions-based SaaS in a quota-carrying role.

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent years of relevant experience required.

A collaborative teammate with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proven skills in consultative sales experience for products/solutions that affect multiple areas of a business.
