As a Senior Sales Performance Optimization Manager at Unilabs Group, you will play a key role in enhancing sales productivity and revenue growth through strategic planning, process optimization, and performance analysis.

Sales Performance Optimization

We are seeking an experienced professional to analyze and assess our existing sales processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to streamline the sales process. Your expertise in sales operations and enablement will help us accelerate revenue generation and maximize sales effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and metrics to track sales performance
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to identify training needs and design effective sales training programs
  • Evaluate and implement sales enablement tools and CRM systems to support the sales team
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need a Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field, proven experience in sales operations, and strong analytical skills. You should also have excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as proficiency in CRM systems and sales enablement tools.

Salary Estimate:

The estimated annual salary for this position is €80,000 - €110,000, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
