The purpose of this position is to act as a Business Development Executive in AWS Cloud, based in Portugal, supporting the vendor business lead to drive profitable market share growth through business planning, pipeline management, sales floor and customer enablement, and engagement.
Responsibilities include:
- Engaging with the Business Unit and/or General sales floor, providing training and driving product mind share
- Developing strategies and ideas to assist business growth
- Owning the accurate and detailed pipeline of deals within the Company's CRM system (Compass)
- Reporting to the vendor on sell-out activity, tracking performance of promotional activities, and the deal pipeline
- Executing business plans as required by the business development manager and marketing plans as required by the Marketing Manager
- Identifying training opportunities within customers and internal sales teams and addressing them accordingly
- Serving as the point of escalation for customer care issues from the sales floor
- Communicating product information, pricing, special offers, and promotions to customers and internal sales teams
- Promoting and selling TD SYNNEX's e-business services through the sales floor and/or Business Unit sales teams
- Engaging directly with customers depending on role requirements

This role comes with hybrid working (2 days office, 3 days work from home). What you'll get:
