Salary
We offer a competitive salary of €60,000 per year, along with additional benefits such as health-care provision, 28 days paid vacation, public holidays, volunteer time off, summer and winter salary payment, daily meal allowance, and employee assistance program.
Job Description
The Sales Growth Specialist - EMEA will play a key role in hunting, finding, and winning new accounts for 1WorldSync. Key responsibilities include:
- Cultivating and expanding an established portfolio of key accounts, ensuring long-term client satisfaction and growth.
- Identifying and engaging potential customers through strategic prospecting and research across multiple channels.
- Driving new business development by targeting and securing new accounts, contributing to the growth and success of 1WorldSync.
- Understanding prospect challenges to develop a value proposition specific to their needs and business goals.
- Negotiating and closing new contracts, ensuring the company's goals, renewal goals, and individual quota goals are all achieved.
- Ensuring all sales activities and opportunities are appropriately logged in company CRM.
- Identifying solution enhancements or innovations to best serve and anticipate potential new customer needs.
- Navigating sophisticated procurement cycles with multi-stakeholder sign-off including executives, legal, information security, etc.
- Developing and negotiating proposals and contracts.
- Collaborating with Account Managers to identify cross-sell opportunities with current customers.
- Creating and maintaining a pipeline of potential opportunities. Contact and qualify leads.
- Consulting, building, and delivering customized sales presentations and high-impact demonstrations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 6+ years of experience in solutions-based SaaS in a quota-carrying role.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent years of relevant experience required.
- Retail/B2B/SMB/Distribution product content experience.
- History managing accurate product content on eCommerce sites.
- Proven skills in a consultative sales experience for products/solutions that affect multiple areas of a business.
- Demonstrated success using excellent sales organization skills, attention to detail, and customer focus.
