Senior Sales Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Manager to join our team in the Scandinavian region. This role is responsible for driving business growth and development within the area, working closely with key stakeholders to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and expand our customer base in the Scandinavian region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, dealers, and partners, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
- Prospect and develop new business leads, including identifying potential customers, creating proposals, and delivering presentations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to customers
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the automotive or transportation sector
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers and colleagues
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Fluent written and verbal proficiency in Swedish and English; German is a plus
